If you Receive a quote on any Trade Show Display Products or Graphics that is lower than ours, we will match their price, and be sure to supply you with the best products in the Industry. We design and manufacture most of our products which allows us to have better quality control and save you headaches from receiving poor quality displays and graphics. (This Guarantee is not valid comparing to products that are made in China)
Please supply a quote you have received from our competitor to the Sales Rep. you are working with at Trade Show Display Depot so we can make sure the products they are selling are the same "High Quality" products we sell.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Many of our competitors are selling exhibit display products from China. Look at the cases etc., and you will see a lot of the similar/same. Many people have had problems with pieces breaking, falling off, getting lost from their pop up displays and/or just poor quality.
Our Pop up displays are made in our facility, using the best quality and state of art technology. We have a CNC controlled cutting table that cuts the panels straight and square every time. This saves labor, which we pass on to you .
Many exhibit internet sales/marketing call centers are just that, call centers. They are drop shipping product from other companies trying to LOOK like they are real manufacturers, when they are actually working out of their house. We invite you, when you are in the Southern California area, to come by and we will give you a tour of our trade show factory.
If you have a problem we can ship ANY part generally the same day! 100% of our displays are made in the USA, other than the halogen lights and the display fabric. The ONLY fabric we use is Frontrunner and Prelude, which has been the exhibit industry standard for over 20 years. It is imported from Austraila.
